I had the first and only technical interview with two engineers and on HR employee. The atmosphere was nice, I had been asked to talk about myself, my previous roles, and my motivation and then had some technical conceptual questions according to my CV and the position requirements.

Some technical questions but the focus was on the human being and fit within the company. The interviewers were very friendly and fair during all times. I had roughly 45 minutes of questions and the opportunity to ask potential further colleagues questions.

No phone interview, directly F2F interview. HR part took 45mins and position related interview one hour. Average difficulty. Interviewers seemed sceptical of a candidate applying 80% because of part time studying. In general, positive feedback of the company. Minus: zero feedback once application rejected.
