I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Sentact (Wexford, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was very laid back and relaxed. I had 3 interviews with the company, the first for what I applied for which was a software implementation specialist which I felt I was very qualified for but based on my experience they wanted to interview me again for a different position which was fine. I came back for a second interview for the new role, support services supervisor. Again during this interview I seemed like a good fit and was well liked by the individuals I was interviewing with. The last interview was with the CEO of the company, which I also believed to of went very well. After 3 interviews and roughly 5 hours of interview time spent I was eventually offered the position. The offer took about a week for me to hear about although after the 3rd interview I was told two days. Okay thats fine, I understand people are busy. After I received the offer, I said I would like a couple days to think about it. I counted with slightly higher compensation, the company said they will get back to me. I received a text from the president asking if I was available to talk on two separate instances to further discuss the counter offer. Never heard back..... This was very frustrating and confusing for me as I was clearly interested in the company and the role since I interviewed 3 times, spent ~5 hours interviewing plus commuting there and back home to never hear back from them. I followed up multiple times initially and the response was surprisingly delayed. After the last text I replied to asking if I was free at 430 to talk which I never received a call on I stopped following up. I clearly was not wanted by this company although I was initially shown that I was a person of extreme interest. In summary just be aware that the interview process is long and it might not go anywhere no matter what is said to you
