Only a phone call. They are looking for anyone that can talk about their business to small business owners. All you have to do is tell them you want to work for them, they will hire anyone because it cost them nothing to take advantage of you.

First submitted a brief resume, then setup for a call shortly thereafter where we talked about past work experience, what I wanted & excelled at & was a pretty straightforward conversation + hiring process.
