First they asked when I would be available to interview. They gave me a date and time and I agreed. The day of the interview, I get a text from a random number saying they had to reschedule. No apology. I asked where do I go when I come in...no response. Eventually I figured it out the day of the interview. Interview went well. I was definitely overqualified, but I am retired and looking for something to do. I asked what the pay was and they asked me what I wanted to be paid. LOL. You're conducting the interview and I have to tell you what I want to be paid? Anyway, its been a month. No response either way. I texted the number that rescheduled my interview...no response. Emailed kohlsworkday, no response. Completely unprofessional. Then they wonder why they have a high turn over rate. I feel bad for people who genuinely need a job and are waiting weeks on end for a response. It's not very nice or professional.
