Phone screen + 45 minute virtual interviews with individual team members
Mixed feelings about the process. HR was kind and responsive but yet communication was still lacking. No transparency on how long the process would take, or how many interviews and over how many days. The ball was dropped early on with admin leading to confusion.
I wish HR would understand how draining having 8 interviews for non-executive roles are. You spend time preparing, thinking about it, taking time out of your day, answering the same questions, being nervous, getting dressed if it’s video etc. It’s overkill and I don’t think I will accept another invitation to interview with a company that requires this many rounds over so many days.
It shows that they are afraid of making decisions, and are slow to take action which is odd for a company that prides itself on being fearless change-makers.
