I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Tysons Corner) in Oct 2014
Interview
All you have to do is pretend your a cheerleader and love everything. They want to know that the customer is always right, that youd do ANYTHING to make the customer happy, that you can work as part of a team, that you get things like shrink, loyalty, customer service, and that you haven't had too many jobs they also said they don't hire college students which I thought was very unfair
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Who was your favorite and least favorite managers ever and why
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.
