Pleasant experience!
Interviewed virtually and spoke with different levels of the team from my reporting line to the director. Questions were very thorough, mostly related to past experience and situational-based to test logic and reasoning. HR was very approachable and helpful, so overall it was a smooth and enjoyable process.
Easy not veey complicated. Good and manageable if you have experience. Not a lot of competition in my area but could be different elsewhere. Good training and nice people. Avergae benefits
Processus d’embauche long ils font croire que c’est un entretien concluant pour au final changer d’avis sans raison. Je pense que les décision d’embauche sont prises par des gens assis derrière leur ordinateur et que ceux sur le terrain n’ont pas leur mot à dire
Was easy didn’t ask much and was friendly asked to describe past experiences and connect them to how they’re relevant for the job and asked what I’m comfortable doing and working with people throughout the day and other soft skills
