Interview
I've gone through 3 interview process for corporate positions with 3 different recruiters, 2 of which were extremely unprofessional. I've worked at the store level for almost 4 years and quite frankly it's embarrassing the level to which the recruiters are disorganized, frantic, and poor communicators.
At the end of my interview process when I received my rejected letter, I asked for feedback and was ghosted completely after a month and a half, 4 interview long process.
Not only am I shocked that this is coming from such a huge brand like Sephora, but the fact that they can't even treat internal candidates better throughout the process is mind boggling and discouraging. The only reason I keep applying is because I love and appreciate the culture and values, but I can assure you if I had no previous experience with the company I would've stopped applying after my first recruiting experience.

Interview
The hiring manager was professional and pleasant.
However, the HR executive was rather inexperienced in interviewing. I found her to be rude and condescending - no eye contact and even caught her rolling her eyes while I was talking. She didn't seem prepared as she got most of my information wrong (she had a copy of my CV). I must say, the worst interview of my life!
