The interview process was quite lengthy. I applied online, and then got an email for an upcoming Job fair. So I went to the job fair, and they had all the candidates names, which had a least 400 people that applied. At the job fair, we did two interviews. One short one with an employee and the second was a group interview which took about an hour with one of the store managers. After that, I didn't hear from them for a while. Until they contacted me for another interview to do a cash demo. They just tested how i would be in cash behind the counter with a customer. I recommend being calm, patient and to the point and always smile with them. Ask them questions if they found everything they wanted, and if their shopping experience was good. Let them know the amount of BI points they have, show them their perks, and throw a sample in the bag for them, and in the end I stress letting them know about the survey on the receipt. It was two scenarios, one was buying, and the other scenario was a rushed return. Again, with the return, let them know about the survey. And the last interview was with the head of directors, who was super friendly. And they call you back within the week.
