Interview Process was pretty smooth. It was a group interview just two individuals total. Manager asked a few questions starting with "tell me something about yourself, She included to ask each of us to sell each other two products as a customer and as a beauty advisor basically role play. spoke on scheduling, metrics on how you're evaluated, a strength and a weakness

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Interview
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
