Interview
I had applied through their website. They emailed me to set up a phone interview. They then called me and asked if I would be interested in coming into the Sephora downtown to freelance for a new line that was coming out. The pay was decent so I accepted the temporary job.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora in Oct 2022
Interview
Pretty easy although I have a background in cosmetology. Went in dressed in as though I already worked there make up and all, met with the manager and went over different make up trends, how comfortable I was teaching others, etc. I was nervous but I got the job a few hours after my interview that morning.
