Sequence Project Engineer interview questions

Applied online, then was contacted and asked to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was mostly a conversation about the company, and their background. After the phone interview you set up a on site interview with one of the business group. There were 4 engineers present asking and answer questions. All the questions were personality questions, nothing technical.
