      I applied online. I interviewed at Serenity Healthcare (Lehi, UT) in Jul 2020

      Interview

      The interview wasn't difficult. But the job position isn't a patient advocate. It's a sales position, which is pretty dodgy for a mental health facility. Why they would want to hire someone to come in and pressure/make a sales pitch to people experiencing depression and other mental health concerns seems pretty unethical. The man who interviewed me was also pretty rude and condescending, which seems indicative of the kind of work culture over there.
