I applied there on 09/26/2017 ,interviewed on 10/05/2017 in Fredericton office in person ,no update till now only in process status,I do not know ,i believe if any one takes interview of any person, interview or recruiter must update them whether you are selected or rejected,i think, it won't be hard because they conduct interview only for few people not all of them who just apply their and i am 100% sure interviewer got to know during the interview whom they gonna take it or reject .

Telephonic hr round and technical round. Technical round was with software architects and leads of different teams. The technical round was mainly about current role and the projects I have worked on.

Interview
It was a fairly easy interview process. None of the usual whiteboarding and algorithmic stuff that has very little application to the job and basically makes the interview process a miserable experience. If anything, I think that they could make the interview process more challenging, but I think that the main focus was finding people who have a solid web development track record, can demonstrate their experience over the course of a conversation, are passionate about what they do and are willing to learn.
