Standard interview questions. Structured and thorough. Interview was conducted by the facility operations manager in person with his boss in on a conference call. First I had a brief tour of the facility before going to the conference room for the interview

Quick, but pleasant. Met with multiple individuals who informed me about their area of the business. People were kind and engaging. Met with peers in role who talked me through everyday. They desperately needed help, and I think most people honestly believed things would improve from a morale and culture standpoint - it didn't.
