It was long! I met with a floor manager who asked tons of situation questions, then filled out a personality test, then a practical test, then met with the GM.

focused on personal interests, qualities, rather than restaurant experience. Asked scenario based questions, what would you do in a given situation, how would you handle stress, high intensity shifts, guest complaints

Interview
My first interview was simply to go in and complete and IQ test. Once they had checked the results that I had passed, I was invited back for a practical, easy going interview with two members of management focused on role playing.
