Service Partners OUTSIDE SALES interview questions

A series of two interviews. Seemed to be done "on the fly." First interview...nice people that did not seem to follow any pro forma. Actually enjoyed the process and the honest exchange. Second interview...different interviewer. Appeared obvious that there was not good communication among the management team...as some of the job requirements were presented differently by this individual. Again...seemed like they were making it up as they went along. Post interview: a series of phone calls to them...enacted at their request. Calls were not returned...which seemed pretty crummy and unprofessional.
