ServiceNow uses a recruitment agency in the U.K. so I spoke with the Agency at first. I had the first interview on the phone with the recruiter. She asked very basic competence based questions about my previous work experience, my sales targets, have I done cold-calling, strengths, weaknesses, biggest achievements etc. The second interview was with ServiceNow's sales team manager, who seemed to be really nice, calm, professional and she told about her career progression within the company, which was impressive, we spoke about my personality, what kind of goals I have for life etc which is really smart, so you actually get to know the candidate and you know is she/he the right fit for the team. I was supposed to have the third interview at their HQ in London, which would have been 2,5 hours and more like an informal chat than a formal interview, which is a really nice tactic. I cancelled the interview a couple of days before. Would have gone to the interview, but the agency's representative was calling me to my holiday at 7 am and 9 pm and almost yelled at me when I called her a couple of days before the interview that I am really ill and we have to reschedule the interview, and she would have expected me to do a 30/60/90 day plan presentation while I am on holiday and had high temperature at its worst. It's a shame as I really liked the company and the sales manager, but I felt like I am so underrated already and just a number who they can treat however they want, so the overall experience is really negative and I cancelled it.
