I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ServiceNow (San Diego, CA)
Interview
30 minutes telephonic interview with Hiring Manager. Then I was called onsite interview. During onsite there were 4 interviews back to back. Hiring manager sounded good because I guess he was relatively new to the company. Then I spoke with two experienced persons and I liked the interview so far. After that a bunch of noobs started interviewing me. They asked everything that's not needed for the job. Job duties and questions just wouldn't match. They had no idea for what they were hiring for and trying to prove their answers. By the I felt I am not joining this company because I had to work for thm

Question 1
None were difficult. If you know Unix you will rock all tech questions easily. And the typical management questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow in Jun 2024
Interview
Went through 3 rounds of interview one with senior manager, one with junior and senior member of the Dynamic testing team. it was interactive, came till the last round and HR seemed to undercut the package after all rounds are done. Didnt proceed with the HR round. Pretty dodgy practices. It was little weird having junior people of 4 year exp interview people upwards of 8.
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Pleasanton, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
There was a phone call interview for 30 minutes with the recruiter then they schedule 3 interviews back to back. First one with the manager, next 2 with senior staff one for technical questions and one for the coding round
The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers were interested not just in the technical level but also in knowing and considering the human side of the candidate, which is a good thing.
