Interview
Interview process included a phone interview followed by an on-sight interview. Phone interview was based on my resume and job description basics. On-sight interview consisted of various cloud, virtualization and IT questions.

Interview
Typical interview loop - initial screening, quick code assignment (thankfully not whiteboarding or hackerrank), then a few 1-on-1 interviews for technical and culture fit, then a final follow up with management. Technical interview was straight forward - no "gotcha"s or trick questions. Generally just want to make sure you have a solid understanding of the most common scenarios you'd run into. Coding exercise was more about approach and design rather than showing you know all the ins-and-outs of algorithmic efficiency. Very chill attitude across the board - was clear they wanted to make sure the opportunity is a fit for both parties.
