I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very straightforward interview process, I submitted my resume and was contacted a few days later by the hiring manager who set up a time to talk. The entire interview process included two interviews by members of the team and took about a week and a half from resume submission to an offer being extended.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Efficient. Recruiter, recruiting coordinator, and hiring team we’re all great and sold me on wanting to join. Recruiter set clear expectations, and scheduling was always a breeze. Met with a well rounded panel to gauge the personalities of the team and the team’s needs.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
First round interview is usually with the hiring manager. Smooth process, looking for culture fit and genuine passion. Next few rounds are with stakeholders and other people on the team. Generally casual conversations to see if you'll be a good fit. If you're interviewing on the product side, familiarize yourself with their lingo.
