I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceTitan (New York, NY) in Sept 2021
Interview
The process was pretty smooth. It consisted in a phone call with the recruiter, then I had to complete a short excel assessment, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a 2.5hrs panel interview with a presentation as the final step. Unfortunately, I was not offered the position, but it was a great experience.

Interview
The interview process was amazing. The recruiter clearly loves what she does and becomes your cheerleader throughout . From application to offer the whole thing took 3 weeks with clear communication. First was a call with the recruiter, second was a call with the direct lead, third was a video interview where you present a project to the lead, director, and potential peer. The project was fun, and they give a you clear assignment but allow you to get creative and really show what you can do. The interview questions themselves were all pretty standard. Each person I met with was genuine and their love for their company and jobs really shine through.
