Phone screen, on-site interview for 3 hours, then another on-site for an hour. Honestly, the process was really positive until it came down to the end. If you're making candidates take multiple days and hours to go in the office, you should provide prompt responses and updates throughout the process. I requested multiple times over multiple weeks for an update with no response. I already assumed it was a no after not hearing back for weeks, but at the very least, you should take 5 seconds to reach out to a candidate after they committed hours to you.
