I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sevita (Worcester, MA)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter as I had my resume on line. I was to have an interview by phone however instead I got an email asking me if I would like an interview in person so I said yes.

Question 1
I had a pleasant interview and the building in Worcester was beautiful.
First, you do a phone screening then you move on to the first interview. They were great at communicating and responded fast to schedule an interview. I just didn’t move forward with the interview due to pay.

Question 1
During the phone screen they just ask you if you can do a background check, are you okay with the pay, etc. I didn’t move forward because the pay was too low.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sevita (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
I scheduled a GoTo interview with a recruiter. It was very loud in the background, and you could hear kids playing, so you could obviously tell they were not in an office. They went over the pay. Which I agreed was acceptable.
I did an interview with several people; 4-5. They did ask questions that were not legal. They asked if I had kids? Not okay.
I was offered the position, and I asked for a few days to think about it. I asked the recruiter to go over the benefits offered with me. I had two other job offers pending. I ended up accepting (my fault) without a job offer in hand. The pay that was mentioned in the interview was lower than what they ultimately paid me.
The recruiter then hired me in the system under a different company that Sevita owns that pays slightly more, so it took me until payday to catch the pay discrepancy. By then, they had quit, and my other two job offers had been filled.
The benefits also were not was she went over. The deductibles were much higher as were the co-pays.
