All done by phone/email, you will receive a email allowing you to access the "interview" there will be 5-10 questions asked, in writing, and you have the option to respond with either a video or voice recording of your answer. You will then get a email (if accepted) from HR to go over all the details to see if are interested in any available shifts that are open at the moment.
