Sew Sweet Minky Designs interview questions

Exec candidates were required to spend time creating a series of video answers to questions. I loved the idea and process! However, it was a time-consuming and took great effort for the two roles I applied for (especially with a deadline) which I was ok doing. However, after spending nearly a full day putting the videos together and uploading all of them (while on vacation), I NEVER heard from anyone. Not even a no thanks! Even after sending follow up emails to confirm the videos were received, I got nothing. I expect more professionalism for such roles and for such an effort.
