Three round interview process that are about 30 minutes each- phone, zoom, in person. The first is with a recruiter who won’t ask very technical questions, second and third are with recruiting directors and department heads. I loved that they don’t ask silly behavioral questions (Describe a time when…) and really focus on your experience and what you’re looking for. Definitely come with several questions prepared for each interview and overdress! They didn’t ask very specific questions about my resume, so be prepared to speak on your past experiences and how they relate to the role when asked about your relevant skills or why you’re interested in the job. Pay is pretty non-negotiable but benefits are great! Their culture is very important to them and it’s a bonus if you can mention specific aspects that attracted you.
