Interview
Recruiter screen went well. Then they ghosted me for over a month. Figured that was it. But then replied to say that their "rockstar" candidate fell through and that they would get back to me. Then they ghosted me again for 3 weeks, and I eventually got a form rejection.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sharetec in May 2025
Interview
Sharetec places utmost importance on references. In fact, they changed the process when I was in the middle of it, in order to appease an HR representatives request for a different set of references, under the guise of "upper management meeting" right in the middle of a review process.
