Long (6+ weeks). Time-consuming (travel to the offices). Reflective of what is claimed in the GD reviews. Meaning you can feel and see the stress on almost everyone, whether on calls or in the office, people are switching out, or cutting their time short. Felt like a start-up with a lack of structure or experience. Other notables: almost no one asking the questions read my resume, or went to my LinkedIn, website, or any media I provided. The lack of being prepared was disappointing and a highly inefficient use of interview time to answer a question that they had access to. Time needs to be respected in NPD companies - it felt wasted at SN. Worse, after a long wait, I wasn't offended that no offer was tendered; I was shocked that it was done over a single-sentence email with no feedback - none. I have never done that to any potential hire (nor have my prior HR departments) at any brand I worked at. Feedback should be given regardless of how harsh it may be - radical candor is a valuable gift. It's healthy, and I don’t want to be part of an organization that does not respect basic leadership principles.
