Interview
Very personal interview process as it is a small company. They followed up my application with an initial phone interview, then they brought me on site for an in person interview with my would-be supervisor. Asked typical behavioural questions, and had a variety of in-depth technical questions about their specific process, general manufacturing processes, as well as how several products were manufactured while only giving the end product as a clue. The next interview was with the executive management of the company and was more informal and personal in style.
