The process was pretty smooth. I had applied online via their portal and got a call for an interview. I had asked to reschedule as I couldn't attend on the day they mentioned, and they did, which I think was really nice. They were very punctual and accommodating. The process was that they took me to a room, the panel was online and one guy was in the room with me. One of the guys on the panel was pretty rude, he was also the one asking most questions. They ask about your experiences and how you would be able to command a room full of women. Their salary range for this role is Rs. 108K - 110K, they don't advertise this so don't undersell yourselves. We were four people who got interviewed and me and one more was called next day for a demo presentation on breast cancer. They provided the presentation and we had to present it like we would in a seminar. They did ask questions in the middle. They had a positive response, but I did not get to hear from them again. They also did not send any rejection emails which I think was super unprofessional of them.
