Interview involved initial phone screening after sending CV to the manager. CV was reviewed over the phone by the manager with a brief chat about interview location and availability to work. Group interview was offered. Interview was conducted in a group alongside the assistant manager at the time, main focuses were on individual experience, availability, willingness to learn. One-on-one interview followed immediately just to run over finer details such as language skills, study commitments, etc. Offer was given, and training commenced the following week.
