I applied online with an employee referral and had a phone interview and got invited for an in-person interview. The interview was one on one with 3 different people.

It took a lot longer than expected, but it was a thorough interview that started with a group setting followed by one-on-one interviews with 4 different supervisors. Questions were mostly behavioural, trying to gauge personality and how well you'll be able to deal with customers.
