Shawcor interview questions

3 step process, initial call pre screening, hiring manager video call, in person interview with the plant manager. Interview went smoothly. They asked questions relevant to the job description and some behaviour questions.

I initially had a screening by the recruiter followed by a video conf call (teams) with the hiring manager. She was very professional yet friendly. The format of the interview was typical. She first introduced herself, her team, what are they looking for etc. and then started of with the staple question of "tell me about yourself". and so on and so forth.
