I was approached by internal recruiter and was invited to come for a casual discussion on the position. They obtained good understanding of my current roles and work at my current employer. I clearly mentioned I don't have employee benefit plans audit experience. I was still asked to interview with the partner on another day, spent an hour discussing various diferent ways how my employer does audits/softwares/training etc. Then I was told they cannot move forward because I don't have employee benefit plans experience.
