Recruiter reached out, phone interview. Then in person interview with manager. Ghosted and didn't hear back for 2 weeks. Messaged the recruiter for an update-30 min later "we went with other candidates" automated email was sent to me. Asked for feedback, no reply. Classic recruiter commission waste of time.

Asked a few questions regarding previous employment, what motivates me. They also sent a personality assessment afterwards that took an hour to complete. The whole thing took about 20 minutes to complete.
