Started with a good phone interview that escalated into an in person panel review, including the owner of the company. The communication was unmatched and the interview process felt very professional/personable. It seemed like a great company to work for. The only downside I experienced was a generic ATS auto-denial with no real explanation on how or why I was denied (there goes the personability). Also, their job posting made it sound like they were looking for someone "green" enough to train for the position. I felt I met these conditions but they pursued someone with more experience, I presume.
