There was one phone interview with HR and then three in person interviews with the department. All of the managers I interviewed with were friendly and not too intimidating but very professional. I had to take a skills test as well.I received an offer less than a week later.

What I understood about the Industry and why I would be interested in it.
Interview was performed after the initial call, a week after my application was submitted. The interview was performed in the company's office with basic interview questions. I only met with the manager and assistant manager as available between customers.

2 calls and one face to face. Quick process. Moved along. Positive experience. Will need to come prepared as they will ask you in depth regarding past expieirnces. I would reccomend in future. Thank you for a great time.
Customer service questions mostly. I would recommend still coming in and looking nice and being prepared for behavioral based answers. It was very relaxed and easy to talk during the interview.
