Informal, relaxed, conversational. Met with training manager, district manager, and hired within 24 hours. Definitely a flexible organization. Just be a hard worker that is willing to learn and you'll have a great shot.

4 week process. friendly staff and the HR is a big help. Phone interview then a store visit. After that you meet with Manager for final interview in which he/she ask typical questions.

Applied in August, had a phone interview in September, wasn't contacted for in person interview until November. Phone interview was pretty straight forward. In person interview was with a district manager. Their interview styles can vary.
