3 Stage interview. First with recruiter, next 2 stages are in person with store manager and city manager. One was in the store you'll be working at and the other is at corporate office.
Very simple, know how to read/review P&L, Know store key accounts, reporting- micro strategy Star format interview questions/general relationship management questions. Operations and sales questions. Showcase the ability to sell products to hit budget

Simple interview, there were 2-3 behavioral questions and most of it was just explaining the job role, The recruiter was really nice and had a really good store visit once I passed the inerview, Was offered role the very next day.
