I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Alexandria, VA) in Apr 2014
Interview
I was an intern the year before so I accepted the offer given. A phone interview with a recruiter, a store visit/interview with a current training store manager then a final interview with either the City or District Manager. I met the recruiter at a job fair at my university. Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. It is a well paying job but it is not a 9-5 desk job. A mix between blue collar and white collar.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked mostly about my experience and involvement in college.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
