It's a three step interview.
First HR will give you a phone interview, if you pass that one, you will get a chance to do store visit. You will get the chance to know the job better while the store manager will do a face to face in store interview with you. Afterwards, if you also pass this one, you got to review with HR about your store visit. Then an offer will be made if it is a good fit for both parties.
They are very efficient and organized.

The interview process is pretty easy and traditional. first phone interview then interview with hiring manager you usually hear back within a week. after that you begin your training and once you complete training you’re on the job
