I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Akron, OH) in Sept 2019
Interview
After playing phone-tag for a couple of weeks we were finally able to set up a phone interview through email.
They called 15 minutes late.
They were very nice but the interview felt rushed and impersonal.
It was very hard to hear them the entire time, almost like they were walking to me through speaker phone.
The questions were difficult but were also reasonable for the position.
When they read off the job terms and conditions it sounded like they were reading straight off of a script, not much personality to it. But I understand that.

Interview
Pretty simple process. Met with district boss for interview then later met desired store manager to go moreover the day to day routine. Nothing really surprised me about any questions and overall everyone was pretty nice
The interview process was short and simple. It consisted of a single 30 minute interview in the store. The process took about a week and the application was easy to complete.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Sachse, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
I applied online, one of their managers called me to see if I was available to come to the store to do an interview, and I was. When I came in I spoke to two different people: one of the managers, and the store manager. One was more concerned with customer service, and the other was more concerned with my availability. Both of them were nice and respectful. The whole process went quicker than I though it would take. They said they would get back with me in the next one to two days to let me know if they choose to go ahead with me or not- I got a call the same day letting me know I got the job.
