Interview
it took 5 weeks to get the job offer. First, it was the interview with the recruiter, then an in-store visit, interview with city manager, interview with hr representative, and interview with the distrcit manager. They ask behavioral type questions, tell me about a time about time managerment....working in a group...biggest challenge/weakness...why sherwin-williams? I received the job offer a day after the interview with the district manager.

Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.

Asked mostly about my experience and involvement in college.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.

Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
