I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Pretty standard interview process. HR called me to set up an on-site interview, and I was interviewed by three people from management (Plant Chemist, Quality Manager, and Plant Manager). Everything went well and I received a phone call the next day informing me that they wanted to bring me on board. The official offer letter was emailed a couple days after that.
