I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Littleton, CO) in Mar 2015
Interview
Very positive experience and I actually learned some things, hiring required three steps a phone interview by a talent acquisition manager, then an open house interview where you tour a nearby store and are more in a group interview with three to four managers including the district manager which helped me for my interview. Then your third interview is meeting with the you guessed it district manager who I had met at the open house where they get to know you as a person more so than anything. The interview process did not really feel like an interview more so a 1 on 1 class and getting to know you.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple interviews one with a recruiter and one with a city manager but mostly questions about yourself, more general and background questions with a few personal experience questions. Overall a seamless process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked mostly about my experience and involvement in college.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
the interviewer didn't really care and was on the phone during the interview and made me wait over a month just to hear from them to schedule an interview. when I showed up the person didn't remember me and only asked me questions about personal life and not much about the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021
Interview
Was very easy and comfortable. You will be doing a phone interview asking basic customer service questions, in store interview with a store manager, and a video chat with the district store manager. If you’re calm and amicable there would be no way to not get hired.
