They'll ask you questions about yourself. Basic questions to get to know you and see if you fit with current team members. If you fit and you have a good personality regardless of past employment status you have a good chance of getting hired.

Interview
Apply within the company and then another store manager interviews you for the position after the city manager of the district approves you for a promotion.
Interview was fairly short as I was already guaranteed the position for the most part, which is how most promotions are handled within the company.
