Phone Interview - Very easy and conversational. They are looking for people who are interested in sales and are willing to move up within the company. They are interested in team players and quick learners that can be easily trained within the short amount of time. Be sure you are able to work in a fast paced environment because you will primarily be on the floor dealing with customers.

The first interview was online, and you were able to redo your responses. It was through a 3rd party interview website. There were around 8 questions, and many of them were fairly basic.

Easy, and straight forward. There was one hirevue, then you have to schedule a store visit, and then there was one interview with district manager on teams . Good communication during interview process with recruiter.

It was very informal and depends who you are interviewing with. Make sure to list all of things you will being to the team and the company. It was not bad.
