I had a phone interview and and in-person interview with 2 people in one day. They asked fairly simple and straightforward questions, if you practice general behavioral questions, you'll do fine. What I did not really appreciate was that the hiring manager undermined a lot of my answers because she thought I was too good for the job. But if you don't think I will stay for at least 2 years with the company, why call me in for an interview? Be ready to defend yourself during the interview.
