Two phone interviews. First one screening with HR was routine, relaxed. She was open and said there were several open positions she thought I would be a good fit for.
Second phone interview was technical. The man interviewing me was unprofessional and unprepared. He did not know what he was interviewing me for, did not listen to or acknowledge my responses, was sighing and grunting the whole time. It seemed as though he was on his phone or reading something as any response was delayed. Once I did pique his interest, he asked five rapid fire questions at once and did not allow me to fully answer at all before moving on. Overall left a very poor impression.
Through my network I've learned poor interviewers is something they're working on. Good luck?
